WINTER POWER BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
DF, SF, GF, VG, P – Serves 1 – 5 minutes
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup Cashew nuts
3 Medjool dates
1 Tbsp vanilla whey protein
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 Cup WARMED Rice Milk
Opt: 1tsp maca powder
Blend… thats all. Enjoy hot or cold it’s up to you! Recommend warm with some granola and banana slices on top
