HUMP DAY; KETTLEBELL BOOTY WORKOUT

So it’s hump day which meansssssss….. it’s booty time! Today I managed to squeeze in a quick 28 minute kettlebell circuit at Lomax in Chelsea. It was a time effective lower body workout focusing on the glutes, hamstrings and legs. Try it yourself. All you need is an 8kg kettlebell or weight. Could also be done without any weight if need be. So squat low, keep your chest proud and engage your glutes at all times. squeeze squeeze squeeze!!

KETTLEBELL BOOTY CIRCUIT

20 x single leg dead lifts (10 each side)

20 x kettlebell swings 

15 x kettlebell squat press 

16 x reverse weighted lunges (alternating but total of 8 each side)

20 x weighted hip thrusts 

x 3-4 rounds total

If you want to do it at home you can sub the kettlebell swings for mountain climbers and do the rest simply without a weight. Complete the round, rest for 1-2 minutes and complete a total of 3-4 times. If you do not know any of these exercises simply google them :)
