We had a family degustation and for dessert we served up this affogato with a healthy paleo twist. It is a really lazy but fun dessert. We used dairy free HALOTOP ice cream in the toasted coconut flavour. Served it with a shot of espresso and a piece of homemade choc hazelnut biscotti which was also paleo. Here’s the final product. Simple but oh so good!! Who doesn’t love coffee and ice cream and a choccy biccy!
