Ok so it isn’t technically hump day but who needs a reason to work their booty. Try this killer little booty burning 10 minute circuit. 3 rounds in total 20 reps each. It is fun (and burns) and you can practically scroll instagram at the same time or watch tv. NO EXCUSE!!!

20 x Squats

20 x Lunges (10 each leg)

20 x Hip thrusts

20 x Side lying clams (10 each leg)

x 3 rounds total
