KETO CHOC CHIP COOKIES
1 + 1/4 cup almond meal
1/4 cup coconut
1 tsp baking powder
2 Tbs maple or sweetener of choice
3 Tbs coconut oil
Vanilla essence
Half block of dark chocolate
METHOD:
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Add chopped dark chocolate. Mix by hand. Add a dash of water if too dry. Roll into balls. Place on oven tray. Flatten slightly. Cook for 12 minutes until slightly golden. ENJOY
