HOW NEAT IS THIS?

When I first moved to London, I was on a mission for a “clean” protein powder that I could stock up on. I tried and tested a few brands but never found one I was totally happy with….aaaaaand then I started working at Grill Market Lomax in Chelsea and was introduced to Neat Nutrition. It also happens to be their 1st birthday this weekend – so HAPPY BIRTHDAY GUYS!!!! Big Love!

Call me an addict because I use it EVERY DAY without fail, sometimes (actually most of the time) twice a day because it is just so versatile and delicious. Breakfast, shakes, snacks, sweet treats and desserts. Not only does it have a great nutritional profile but it 100% tastes great without the added nasties.

Why Neat? When you look at a protein powder you should go straight for the ingredients. First hot tip, the less ingredients the better and this goes for most things really. And secondly, it should only contain things you can pronounce ie. not aspartame or acesulfame potassium. These things might mean ‘sugar free’ ‘carb free’ but they are detrimental to your overall health and an absolute bitch for your stomach to digest. Look for natural sweeteners if any like stevia and xylitol that won’t harm your body and anything artificial is a no no.

Here are my top 3 Neat recipes. Aren’t they neat ? (insert laughing emoji to pass awkward silence..)
